Dry skin issues

We suffer with dry skin issues for multiple reasons, Our skin is exposed to varying environmental elements year round. The sun is a constant and provides sunlight all year long with UVB rays in the spring/summer months and UVA rays in the fall/winter.

And the difference is the UVB rays are the ones responsible for sun burn and much stronger during the summer. The UVA rays tend to remain pretty constant all year long. UVA rays contribute significantly to both skin aging (including wrinkles and brown spots) and skin cancer. UVA rays also penetrate glass and clouds, which means they're streaming into your windowed office as well as your car. An understanding of this helps protect your skin year round, for example while inside not sit as close to window, adjust your blinds and if possible install a tint on the window. And when outside use an appropriate SPF for the amount of time you spend outdoors.

Some of the things I just described can cause negative skin conditions. That’s why its important to have Proper skin maintenance - Incorporating a basic easy-to-follow skincare routine that has three main steps are essential for healthy skin. The three steps are: cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing. Using a cleanser that doesn’t strip the skin, an exfoliant that is non-abrasive while removing dead skin and moisturizing with a product that heals, protects and moisturizes the skin. The most important step in any routine is to remember to moisturize with an SPF of at least 15.
